The TD-FM26 Feeder is Thompson Direct's latest Vacuum friction feeder, designed for precision and speed as well as perfect integration into any existing system or built in as a complete line with our TD4200 Series of bases.
Built for high speeds and ease of use, the TD-FM26 ensures product is not only delivered out quickly- but also reliably, the two seperator wheels and vacuum belt allowing for stable feeding of material. A single thru-deck 2" wide Vacuum belt keeps your pieces secure to the deck to further prevent product from sticking together.
Additionally, the TDFM26 Feeder is equipped with tool-free easy-change rails for both the side guides as well as the seperator wheels. The two equipped 1" wide feed belts are adjustable to maximize stability of the product as it is fed onto the transport.
