Our TD2055 transport systems are built for maximum flexibility and speed, allowing for quick and easy adjustments to keep down times low.
It is a High Speed Vacuum transport, capable of up to 650 ft per min (198 m / min) - for faster turnaround times and larger quantities of product.

The TD2055 aims for ease of user access - including, but not limited to the following features:

- Built-in Product Counter - Keep track of the progress on your current job; showing Product totals and amounts per hour on the touch screen.
- Adjustable Height - Six threaded legs allow for stabilization and height adjustment to match the rest of your line.
- Easy to adjust Cantilevered Belt tracks- available in 1", 2", and 5" wide models, 5' in length.
- Sturdy, easy to adjust accessory railings - Make ease of mounting sensors and other mounted equipment; no additional drilling needed.
- Ruled Adjustment Guides - Fine-tune and speed up job changes, and keep belt positioning consistent every time.
- Split Vacuum Chambers - Independent control of vacuum strength for Inlet / Exit sections - each Vacuum Blower is capable of 135 CFM
- Large 2" Bellows - Allow high airflow for maximum holding strength - keep pieces from slipping or lifting.
Touch Panel
The TD2055 features a 4 1/4" x 2 1/2" working size touch panel. With it, you can easily adjust numerous settings for the machine - even provide troubleshooting information to ensure your transport is running at peak performance.
Main Screen
- Displays current conveyor speeds, as well as for easy monitoring.
- Keeps track of the total Product count, as well as the product count per hour at which production is running.
- Current date and time is also displayed for convenience.
- Alarm reset at the press of a button - no need to tab through menus.
I/O Menu- Allows for easy troubleshooting to ensure peak performance.
Alarm Status Screen - Shows a list of alarms and their status for easy identification.
Job settings menu - Allows for easy adjustments to speed, blower strength, or swap conveyor direction with the press of a button.
Jog menu - Full control of jog functions, perfect for testing and aligning products at a slower speed before running at high speeds.
