WEB-3500 Web Encoder

The WEB-3500 Web Encoder integrates into printing presses and other web applications for high speed magnetic stripe encoding and verification. Achieving speeds in excess of 600 feet per minute, the WEB-3500 encodes up to 3 tracks of high or low coercivity data to ISO specification and verifies the magnetic stripe by reading and comparing the data to a database. Product that does not pass encode verification may be rejected through a variety of methods.

EBMS Application System

EBMS (Electron Beam Magnetic Slurry) Application System provides for application and curing of magnetic stripe material in high speed, high volume applications. This solution may be integrated into printing presses and other web applications and is an ideal complement to EB-3500 installations. EBMS eliminates the inherent challenges of traditional labeling systems, i.e. registration inconsistency and constant roll replacement of labels, reducing product waste and optimizing production results. Additionally, magnetic slurry material cost is much less than labels providing for an aggressive ROI.
