TM108 monochrome piezo inkjet printers are turnkey systems designed to print barcodes, graphics, and variable data in a single pass onto a variety of substrates. They easily attach to your press, vacuum transport, or web transport.

The combination of 108 mm (4.25”) print head width and speed up to 101 m/min (333 fpm) at 600 x 600 dpi make TM108 one of the highest performing inkjet printers available today.

TM108 printers are available for both UV curable and water-based inks. They are well suited for a variety of applications, including ticket/tag/label printing, forms printing, plastic card printing, coding and marking, and mail addressing.

Wider Print Heads — At 108 mm (4.25”) per print head, TM108 covers a wider print width with fewer print heads and less stitching

Fastest Piezo Inkjet — Gemini uses some of the fastest piezo print heads on the market, with a 30 kHz firing rate for UV and 40 kHz for water-based inks. The max print speed is 101 m/min (333 ft/min) at 600 x 600 dpi and 203 m/min (667 ft/min) at 600 x 300 dpi

Modular and Scalable — Choose the print width to match your application. Configure up to 16 individual head modules to print distinct areas or configure a single wide head module to print a large, contiguous image

Robust Ink System — Precise meniscus vacuum control ensures reliable print head operation and consistent print quality. Top off ink while printer is running
