GENERAL FEATURES
The side sealing canter level machine that join the advantages of the side sealing machine like the versatility and flexibility to the advantages of the flowpack machine: speed and tight bag. Versatility: first side sealing machine that can work with center folded and flat film in the same machine with the same film dispenser unit. Patented system . Can work with neutral or pre printed film and can work with all films like: Polyolefin, Polypropylene, Bopp, Pe; Barrier BDF film. Flexibility: fast change of film and fast change of products. Products’ width up to 600 mm; unlimited length. Film dispenser unit up to 750 mm for both Flat and Center folded film. Output/ speed: available in 2 versions : intermittent and box motion, out put up to 150 pcs/min. Tight Bag: first side sealing machine that works with the same film width as a flowpack machine with a final result of a very tight bag. Film saving: no more than 1 cm of waste canter level structure that allows an easy cleaning and accessibility of the machine, perfect in the Food Industry as it can work with BDF film also in Modified Atmosphere MAP. Stainless steel version available can be combined with a canter level shrink tunnel with opening chamber.
